Why New Roots Lab
New Roots Lab was created around a simple idea: experienced people should not have to start from zero when their professional environment changes.
Founder Anthony Armand has lived abroad for more than 17 years across seven countries, including repeated international relocations as an accompanying spouse. That experience shaped a practical view of professional transition: experience does not disappear at the border, but it often needs to be translated, connected and put back into motion.
We build practical programmes that help make that transition easier to understand, act on and measure.
